Review: An amazing and cheap solution

I've had calloused feet for as long as I can remember, to the point where I had very little physical sensation on the soles of my feet. I've tried tons of different callous removers, and they were all either tediously slow or completely ineffective. I approached the Ped Egg with some skepticism, but I was completely pleased. I was used to having to spend a lot of time over the course of several days to make an impact with over devices, but I can say that this product almost completely eliminated my callouses in one treatment (I didn't want to go overboard the first time). It is the most ergonomic callous remover I've ever held. Upkeep is so easy, and actually very pleasing because it seems like it restores blood flow to the soles of my feet. Another benefit is that you don't have to soak your feet before use - it's meant to be used on dry feet. Also, it's the cheapest out there. After spending 10 bucks on the package, I can get a 3 blade refill for the same price (though the blade seems to last forever, I've had it for three months and no signs of it slowing down). It definitely works well.. After first usage itself I could get rid of all the dead skin on my feet... It needs to be used on dry skin only.. I have always had problem of tough skin on my feet.. and now am so relieved and its all because of ped egg
Review: Answer to complaints about shavings falling out....

I just bought a PedEgg and was happily surprised at how well it works. So I read through 20 reviews here on Amazon and see that everyone is acting like the shavings coming out is a big deal and putting down towels on the floor, etc. Um, just use the PedEgg with your ankle up on the counter and your foot hanging over the sink....bathroom or kitchen sink. Then all the shavings that fall out go right into the sink. I like to wash my feet right after filing them to get off the layer of dead skin cells that sticks to the skin anyway, so that's how I got started over the sink. Handy. And no, I'm not super limber so you don't have to be in great shape to get your foot up that high! But if you can't, I'm sure you could sit on the rim of your bathtub and let the shavings fall into the tub...same concept...Give it a try. Alternately, you could use it in your yard & let the shavings blow away. Hope this helps... Review: Awesome - with a little effort

This product is amazing, if you....
1. Hold the egg metal side up while using. If the egg is sideways or metal side down then the skin flakes can't collect in the resevoir.
2. Only grate in *one* direction. I know the instructions say grate back and forth, but I found much better results only going one way at a time.
3. Apply pressure. Don't be afraid of hurting yourself, if the skin is white and calloused, it's dead!
4. Be patient. The thicker the callous, the longer it will take to see results. Smaller callouses will disappear in minutes, but larger ones might look unchanged.

I've always had trouble with rough skin on my feet, and several ex-girlfriends complained about it in the past. I didn't want to get a pedicure, since it seemed a little bit metrosexual to me. Then I saw and bought the PedEgg, and got great results immediately. I couldn't believe how much dead skin it got rid of, and after using the grater part of it, and then the emory board pad, I was amazed at how smooth my feet got. I haven't had skin this smooth and nice since I was a kid! I highly recommend this product to anyone--male or female--who has problems with roght skin on their feet. It's so simple to use, and you can have both feet feeling like new inside 30 minutes the very first time you use it.
