I only use this once or twice a week, when my scalp gets really dry, itchy and flaky. But now I've only had to use it once a week now. This is a great product: It has a built in applicator to squirt the product straight onto your scalp. Make sure your scalp is covered and leave the product in for 20min. The product smells pretty strong, but it's not offensive (doesn't smell like tar!). After that, I shampoo with "Phytosylic anti-dandruff shampoo". I don't use a lot, just enough to coat my scalp.

I've had this product for a month now and it will last me for another month. I might use less next time, since my scalp feels so much better now.
