My massage therapist first used this on me after deep tissue work on my lower back and neck. I LOVE this stuff! It is so cooling and the smell doesn't last but the feeling does.
What I love about Polar is that, unlike other great products like Tiger Balm, it's a lotion so you can put it on large areas very easily. It's great on your feet and legs too. On a hot day I put it all over and I felt amazing, so revitalized! Good stuff.
In terms of price, most Biotone products are for professional use so I feel like you get what you pay for.
I would recommend this for those with muscle and joint pain, or if you just like your skin and muscles to feel good. I think it'd be great for those we stand a lot or have swollen ankles.
