Quite honestly I really don't have a lot of other products to compare this with but for the price and the effects I am very happy with it. I tried one other similar product which was pretty good but as silly as it is the little applicator sponge made this one easier to use and get that little circular pattern so beneficial when scrubbing. It wasn't super gritty and harsh feeling and I find my skin is softer, smoother and most importantly more receptive to follow-up night creams when I use it.
Someone even remarked on my face as "glowing" after using it for a week. I couldn't think of what else to ask for :)
