Review: Doesn't do its job well

The wipes take off most of my makeup but didn't remove my non-waterproof mascara, even after several attempts at scrubbing my eyes pretty hard. I had to use eye makeup remover for that. With that in mind, I have to wonder if these are really removing all the makeup from the rest of my face. I usually wash my face with soap after using these, which makes them virtually pointless.
