I have always had great service with thsi company. They always are there to answer any of my questions, usually the same day. I really like this product compared to the usual commercially available brands of Minoxidil like you would buy in a store. This product is made with Ethanol Glycerin instead of Propylene Glycol. The Glycerin is much easier on the scalp. All of the other products I've tried left me with a red, flaky, itchy scalp. With this product, I never have to worry about that. It is a bit greasier and takes longer to dry, but I think it's a fair trade off.

Description of Premium 15% Minoxidil Plus 5% Azelaic Acid, Enhanced with Retinol and Caffeine, for Hair Regrowth / Hair Loss Treatment Solution (For Men Only Formula)
This product contains 15% minoxidil, 5% azelaic acid, 0.025% retinol, and 0.001% caffeine, compounded in a propylene glycol based vehicle. Unlike other brands of minoxidil formulation including 15% minoxidil that requires two applications a day, DualGen-15 with PG only requires one application a day. Using this product in the evening is recommended. You can use this product in conjunction with a 5% minoxidil such as DualGen-5, EssenGen-5, or Rogaine, in which case use 5% minoxidil in the morning and DualGen-15 with PG in the evening, each once daily. Using DualGen-15 with PG in the evening is recommended because it takes longer time to dry than 5% minoxidil because of the high concentration of minoxidil and the additional effective ingredients. If you do want to use this product twice daily, please do it only after it is proved that once a day is not effective enough and you have no side effects to use it twice a day (please visit minoxidilmax's official website to completely and carefully read the possible side effects of minoxidil). Use no more than 1 ml each time. You only need to use enough to cover your balding/thinning area with a thin film of the solution. No massage is needed. You can use your finger tip or the tip of the dropper (included) to spread the solution. Try your best to apply the solution directly to your scalp by parting your hair.
