Review: DOESN'T HOLD A CHARGE - return policy???

I purchased this brush for myself about 6mths ago and loved it! I went ahead and bought another one for my husband. The brush doesn't hold a charge and it will beep to turn on and then double beep about 3 secs after. So it only works for those 3 seconds. I didnt save the box - how can I get this fixed? Or can I exchange it for a new onE???
