There is 20mg of USP Progesterone per 1/4 teaspoon of Pro-Gest and 450mg of USP Progesterone per ounce. Ingredients include USP Progesterone, Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, Safflower Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil. Also, it's paraben-free.Ingredients Each 1/4 teaspoon Single Use Packet contains 20 mg of progesteroneWater (Purified), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vit E), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Carthamus Tinctorius (Hybrid Safflower) Seed Oil, Panthenol, Glycerin, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Sodium Behenoyl Lactylate, Stearic Acid, USP Progesterone, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid, Carbomer, Potassium HydroxideDirections Massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cream into skin twice daily for 21 days.
