When I got my navel piercing about 4 years ago, I did my after-care research online - the one healing soap that came up the most was Proven. It's an expensive soap, but it will go a long way since the amount you use is so small and it suds up well - the 12oz comes with a pump for easy dispensing. I still use this soap daily to keep my navel free from irritation. I also used it on my daughter's ear piercings when they were irritated. There's no burning sensation, it is gentle on skin.
