Product reviews of Provon Medicated Lotion Soap with Chloroxylenol - 12 oz Pump
Review: best soap Beauty product: 5 Stars
I use this soap for everything, but I originally purchased it for a very irritated ear piercing. My ear was swollen and purple and oozing disgusting liquids, so at the suggestion of my piercer, I bought this soap. It worked wonders! The swelling and irritation disappeared within three days of using this soap. It is the best thing I have ever used, and I would suggest it for anyone who has problematic piercings (or just wants really clean hands).

Provon Medicated Lotion Soap- is very good for skin healing. The only con I can think of is that it can not be used as a shampoo.
Alternatively, another aftercare piercing cleanser option is a product called Satin (Antimicrobial) Therapeutic Skin Cleanser which can be used in both full body bathing & shampooing. Just like the Provon Medicated Lotion Soap a little goes a long way and it hydrates the affected areas in a therapeutic way without drying at all.
It's a shame both of these products are not offered OTC at places like Walmart but many Tattoo and Piercing Shops would probably carry them as well as buying them direct from the manufacturers.

This is the best soap. It is great for your ears is ear rings make them sore, it worked like a charm on my incesin after surgery, it helped prevent infection and I think promoted better healing. I don;t usually heal that well but did using this just at shower time.
