I am a product junkie and have countless conditioners for my extremely damaged, dry, brittle, frizzy, thinning hair. This is by far my favorite! It makes your hair soooo soft and I can definitely see a difference in how my hair feels and doesn't break as much after using this. I leave it in for a few minutes in the shower and its almost as strong as a hair mask which I love. I also love that it has antifade complex because I have been coloring my hair for about 10 years. It is all natural-another plus. I definitely recommend this to anyone-no matter the level of damage!
