Review: Darker than I expected

This is definitely a dark brown, if you are looking for more of a softer brown like that is offered in Lauren Hutton's Passport kit, this is not it.
Used wet, it has a very good consistency, glides on beautifully - a great product. The color is very rich and nice - like a dark roast coffee bean color - just too dark, I feel, for a blonde for everyday daytime use, which is what I was looking for, hence the 4 rather than 5 stars.
I did not try the product dry, as I'm not a fan of dry cake eyeliner application.
