Review: Great product!
Beauty product: 4 Stars

My boyfriend bought me this blowdryer for christmas because I saw it at Target, but then they discontinued it. So, I ordered it online.
I totally love this hair blow dryer! It creates really nice beachy looking waves. It takes less time than a curling iron and looks more natural too!

The only downsides to this are that it can be a little to loud (but what kind of hair blow dryer is totally quiet?) and that you have to section your hair evenly to get really nice curls, which can take a little time. But overall, i would recommend this product for those trying to get nice wavey hair.

Review: Great quaity and styling
Beauty product: 5 Stars

If you want the look of curly ringlets, body wave and don't have the time to use rollers or a curling iron. This is great for making straight hair curly! Can also be used as a regular hair dryer, but FYI the curling attachment only fits this hair dryer. It also has 3 heat settings (low, med, high), a cool shot button, and low/high speed air flow.
Durable construction except be careful of the attachment when storing as it's a bit more fragile so don't put or store anything heavy on it or with it or protect it somehow when traveling. I highly recommend this product. I even bought one to have on hand if they ever discontinue it.

UPDATE 3/22/11

So I ordered this hair dryer on May 2, 2009; as of March 21, 2011, my Remington Airwave officially pooped out. It was used practically everyday, twice a day, of varying times. I would generally use it for about 5-10 minutes, and my two toddlers would use it for about 15 minutes (total 25-30 minutes use daily). The dryer stopped working during a hair drying session, which was letdown. Thankfully, I still had my Conair that I owned since 2007, so we had something to dry our hair with. Oddly enough, I found that the Conair had significantly less power than the Remington when set on high (the Remington blasts the air at you!). Unfortunately, with all that power, it still didn't last.

The Remington Airwave Dryer is a great hair dryer. It's strong enough to blow dry my "near waist" long hair, and not loud enough to make me go deaf while doing so. When testing out the wave attachment, I found it hilarious to watch my hair spin round and round in the tube, however it really didn't make a huge different in my hair. I'm not sure if it's because my hair is too long, or if because my hair seems to have a natural wave in it to begin with, but it really didn't seem to significantly change my hair style. The wave attachment may work better for people with short to mid-length hair.

I do love the hair dryer by itself. Recommended.

Review: Horrible results!!
Beauty product: 1 Stars

I have stick straight shoulder length hair and was thrilled at the thought of having any kind of wave. I was skeptical about this working on my type of hair but read many reviews from people with my hair type that loved it so I gave it a try. It took me 30 mins to dry my hair with the wave attachment (my hair usually dries in 10) and I was left with a tangled matted mess!! I did not think I'd ever get the knots out. I ended up having to rewash and restyle my usual way. A waste of time and money :(

Review: I like it!

This is a nice and useful dryer to have. The hair dryer itself feels solid, drys the hair well and and feels light. It has 3 heat settings and the hair dries pretty quickly; the cold air button is also useful for touch ups to avoid frizzies. The attachment does create some waves but don't expect salon style result. It's minimal and one needs to have some practice to curl really well. I would certainly recommend this product.
