Review: Colorstays, but really not 'ultimate'

I'm glad I picked up this on sale for 5 dollars, instead of paying full price.
It goes on easily, the texture being a fairly thin liquid color. Then it dries, which takes about five minuets. After it's 'dry' it's tacky, I kept waiting for the sticky feeling to wear away. It doesn't. The entire time it was on, it was tacky. And the finished color wasn't shiny as advertised, it was more a smooth matte. After all the touting of it's one-step process and 12 hour comfortable wear I still felt I had to add a lip balm or gloss, and it lasted only until the next meal.
