When I used it on my left eyelashes, it kept pulling and it hurt! I'm not sure if it's my eyelashes or the curler, but I've never had problems with pulling with my other eyelash curlers. It seems pretty heavy duty -- it's made out of metal, not plastic -- and it seems like it does a good job on my right eyelashes. Review: great curls.
