The 'skinlight' creams are great, however, correct brushes are a must to get that smokey eye look which everyone so admires. Smokey eyes can be done lightly for day wear, heavier if for evening wear.
Blending, blending, blending is the key for natural looking eyes. This is time consuming and requires patience. If this skinlight palette migrates into the creases of your eyes, it isn't the product, it is YOU and your lack of experience at blending this product. Also, a primer is a necessity for a smooth looking natural and evening wear appearance. A primer makes the eye shadows (powder or cream) long lasting and STOPS that migrating into the crease.
You will see a difference, I did when I learned how to do it and made the purchases of good brushes and watched the videos on how to make smokey eye look with cream eye shadows.
