Product reviews of Rosebud Salve Lip Balm. 8oz Tin Review: Smith's Rosebud Salve Beauty product: 4 Stars
I used this product for my lip. It does keep it moist, but everyone could be different, I have to reapply every now and then.
Review: Smith's Rosebud Salve Beauty product: 5 Stars
The best stuff on the planet. Smith's Rosebud Salve is chapstick, moisturizer, perfume and lubricant all in one neat little retro package. I'm kidding about that last bit...maybe. All I know is that this stuff is amazing. I use it on my lips all the time, but I've also used it to help heal windburn and blemishes, to give my cheeks a glow for a night out and to soften my torn up cuticles. It may be the most versatile mini-tin in the universe.
Review: Soothing honey scented balm... Beauty product: 5 Stars
I bought a tin of this a few years ago and still have a ton left, even after using it very frequently. A little goes a long way!
This balm is pink in tint but it goes on clear. It is scented, as I mentioned, but not overly perfumed (which I hate). It has a light feel and is great worn alone or under lipstick. I especially like to use this at night.
The other thing I love about this balm is the fact that you can use it for more than just chapped lips. I use it frequently to moisturize my cuticles and knuckles and I've also even used it on my black lab's snout when he's had some dry skin.
I highly recommend getting a tin of this stuff!
Review: The BEST. Period. Beauty product: 5 Stars
I've tried everything, from Vaseline to $50 'deep moisture' products, in my efforts to hydrate and protect my chronically dry lips. Rosebud Salve is the best. I give up looking for anything else, because nothing else can compare to this. It hydratres deeply, looks glossy, and the original Rosebud Salve has a very delicate rose aroma that is wonderful, and for me, calming. My grandson likes the Mocha, so I reluctantly let him have my only tin for the dry lips he inherited from me, via his dry-lipped father. The Brambleberry is good too, but Original is still my favorite.
Review: The best salve ever Beauty product: 5 Stars
I have Rosacea and over the years have tried virtually every cream and ointment. None of them worked and some made it even worse. Then I discovered this wonderful product a few years ago and it works like a charm! I apply a tiny dab to my trouble spot at night right before bed. This little tin lasts me at least a year!
