I've always had this annoying ridge on two my finger nails (both ring finger, oddly enough) and it always bothered me. I once used their nail buffer/shiner product at one of those mall kiosks and it does take a while to get used to using it (getting the entire surface of your nail) but works like a charm and generally smooths out and shines the entire surface of your nail. The cuticle oil is cool, though I don't use it much and lotion is lotion.
