Review: Great product, bad customer service.

Product is awesome but the company that ships it has poor customer service and ridiculous shipping charges and the packaging is rinky dink. Buyer beware. I would have given 5 stars if the seller was more professional. Review: Try it, take care of yourself, and be patient.

I received a small sample from the department store counter. The clerk said that I should see results in a week. After 2 weeks, I could see no change.
Bummed, I looked on the web and found both really positive and really negative reviews. I also found 101 causes and cures. The most common were iron deficiencies and dehydration. So I've started taking a multivitamin with iron again, drinking more water/juice, and removing all makeup every night (nothing excessive or outrageous).
I have used the cream morning and night for 1 1/2 months and have noticed a marked improvement, about 50% improvement, enough to wake up in the morning with no makeup and go 'wow', but not enough to throw out the concealer just yet. I have taken vitamins before and made efforts to drink more fluids before with no significant change in dark circles, so it seems to help.
4 stars for the product and 0 stars for the price.
