"I've tried to do business with this seller over the past 3 years or so and am always frustrated by their lack of customer service. Although my buyer's profile says to ship USPS, as well as to deliver WITHOUT SIGNATURE, they always ship UPS (instead of USPS) and I've NEVER received my order on time... and I always have to jump through hoops to make it right. Trying to contact them via phone is fundamentally impossible... leaving a message doesn't always elicit a returned call. Email is about the only way to get their attention... they clearly don't want any direct customer contact.
I ordered the Savon Liquide de Marseille 32 fl oz. - Lavender on July 16th and they finally got to my house August 25th. Both bottles had been leaking the liquid soap... box was soaked having lost about 20% of product. Will just have to chalk it up to 'my loss'... can't imagine trying to seek remedy after all the hassle. Sadly I have no intention of ordering from them again! Too bad since the products are great."
