Review: horrible, irresponsible, lazy vendor

I must agree with the other review. I've tried to deal with this vendor several times over the past couple of years and it's always been a disaster. They never ship on time, are frequently out of items (once I had to wait three months for a product I'd already paid for), never return phone calls or emails, sometimes ship only partial orders with no explanation or apology. My guess is that this is a French company as it reflects the poor orientation to customer satisfaction for which the French are so notorious. They're based in Rhode Island, but I believe it's a bunch of French expats who have no clue how to conduct business with Americans. The level of service is appallingly poor. They just couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. I'm so tempted to use many four-letter words to describe them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. They do not deserve to operate in the U.S. You're better off ordering directly from another vendor in France. Seriously.
