I purchased this product and found that it not only does not curl your eyelashes, but pinches your skin with each attempt. After 8 or 9 trys I found I had lost about 5 eyelashes, and with all that pinching my lids were red and puffy--and not even a hint of a curl. I tried to return it, but the store refused for FDA reasonings. I will try to return it to the company as they claim a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects. The very definition of defect is an imperfection, so it would seem this product is imperfect, and therefore eligible for a refund. Stick with Mabelline, which is what I had used for over 10 years.
