As another reviewer mentioned, this eyeliner goes on really well. After that I'm out of compliments. It smudges really easily and IS NOT waterproof. It's very disappointing and it stings when it gets in your eyes. If you want something that REALLY works, try Avon's version. I bought Avon and am very satisfyed because it doesn't smudge, fade or move when it gets wet.
