I have had this case since 2006, and I love it. Yes, there are cheaper cases out there, but this one is solidly built. The only complaint I have is that I have trouble getting some of my skin care items in there (because the bottles are a tad bit too tall). Whenever I use my case, I feel like I'm in Hollywood getting ready for a production!! If you are thinking about purchasing this case, go ahead and make the investment--you'll be glad you did!! I have had this case for over a year and it is still in perfect shape.
The locks and latches are of a good quality. The tiers are sturdy. And the section dividers can be moved to accommodate whatever I put in them.
Overall, I am very happy with this case.
