my brushes arrived today before work so i haven't really gotten a chance to play with them. But so far i haven't had any fallout. when i opened the box i was hit with that rank smell everyone keeps talking about...doubt i'll be using that to store my brushes...hopefully once i wash the brushes that smell will go away. kid you not i left the bag in my room while i worked a 6 hour shift, came back an my room smelled like the bag=/
the brush bristles are a brownish color, but i don't think it makes them unattractive they still look nice to me:) very pleased with my purchase (aside from the smell)
update: washed and conditioned the brushes. no fallout whatsoever and they smell lovely:)

so i bought these brushes on friday last week,and i got them today(sunday).i thought they would come on tuesday because thats what it said when i prucshased it.but i got it way before.which i loved.
im in beauty school right now,and i wear no makeup at all.so i figured if i would buy a set a brushes i would buy a good set.but i didnt know how much to spend espically because im barely staring off with makeup and stuff.i wanted to buy them at the mall,or at the mac store,i had a few hundred bucks saved to do this.but then i saw the site on google and im like all right ill cilick on it.and i did.and i saw these brushes.and i thought it was a freakin steal.i was defintly buying them after reading the reviews.and when i opend the box today,i thought it was small,i dont kno why i thougt that.and then i opened it up.there was a smell when i opend the box.but i wasnt like bad or anything.and then i opened it up and it was longer than i thouht and i loved it!i havent used them or anything.but i did play around with them.there very very soft.and there really long.they havent shed at all.there way better than i thought,i thought less of them and im like oh well its only 40 bucks,way cheaper than what i was gonna spend and than i thought that i could just send them back if i want,but i dont want to,ther cool:)

the brushes are a good price if you're like myself and want to have something to learn and practice with.I wanted more face brushes and some of the eye brushes aren't as dense as I would like but they are still good. No shedding yet as far as I can tell. Some people have said how the one sponge applicator easily comes out but I think they are meant to and the sponge applicators are disposable and replaceable somehow. overall I like my brush set so far and I'm happy I bought it! It says 32 but my sister just counted 34 brushes..hmmm
