I have order this item to organize my cosmetics; at first I thought it was a good deal. But Item came later than what expected and defective. The case is bigger than what it looks in the picture, heavy and just not suitable for personal use unless you're a professional makeup artist and you're going on oversea to work. Nonetheless, it came defective- one of the trains was broken. And to make matter worst Beauty Encounter has giving me the run around for three weeks now in the process of returning this item. I have contact them, spoken to three representatives already and no avail. I still have the box, still contacting them in hope to at least get a different item to at least have something and not lose the money expend. This is my third order from amazon.com with no complain with the exception of this item from BEAUTY ENCOUNTER. I am very disappointed and because of this seller and the trouble its taking to return my chances of ordering again has shrink, not because of Amazon, but because I don't know which other seller through here would have such poor and incompetent customer service.
