I ordered this to deal with calluses and other foot issues. It came without instructions (I was able to assemble after studying the photograph and playing with it). Use with caution as this is a razor. This handy little razor used together with a pumice stone will shave away hard, roughened skin and leave you with smoother feet. Review: callus remover

well made and very sharp...does a truly professional job of quickly shaving away rough dry skin on feet. Is so much quicker than using pumice stones and files. Must use with caution, however.
