Review: The best brush for dry brushing - exfoliation and circulation Beauty product: 5 Stars
This is the type of brush I recommend in my article on my Epicurean Table site epicureantable dot com/articles/adrybrush dot htm . I don't recommend it for wet use as dry brushing is far more efficient for circulation to the skin and exfoliating without scratching or harming the skin. In this way you also remove toxins (one of the jobs of the skin is to transfer certain types of toxins out of the body by way of the skin cells). When you dry brush you do not need soap/gel - your skin can't get any cleaner (obviously for 'other areas' use your usual - hopefully natural - product). After dry brushing, have your shower or bath.
Use it a few times and you will notice your naturally silky skin. Apply aloe vera gel with a few drops of favourite oil such as almond or jojoba and mix by rubbing hands together. Fantastically silky skin - nourished and cared for in a healthy, natural way without all those chemicals.
