I've been using this only a week and I noticed a difference right away. The scrub is amazing. I wash my feet with water then dry them then use the scrub, wash off, then towel dry and apply the balm. Especially now since it's sandal season, my feet get gross pretty easily, and the scrub cleans them off soooo well. The balm stuff you can also use on your elbows, knees, etc., but it soothes your feet and makes them super soft. The smell is minty and plant-like, and it's supposed to help deodorize your feet. It's really great to use this after a stressful day. It really helps you to unwind. I keep the foot massager under my desk for when I'm studying. My feet are fidgety and it gives them something to do. I haven't used the pumice stone or the foot brush yet, and they seem kind of unnecessary because the foot scrub does such a good job. If you don't want to buy the kit, I would definitely recommend buying the scrub and the balm individually. They are fantastic and great for de-stressing.
