Review: Best eye makeup remover I've found

This is my definite Holy Grail eye makeup remover, and I'm now on my fourth or fifth bottle of this! I found out about it two years ago since Paula Begoun recommends it in her book. It takes off even the toughest eye make-up in a gentle way, and is not irritating at all on my sensitive eyes. I put some on a cotton pad, hold it up to my eyes for a few seconds, and then gently wipe it off. I've also found that I need to hold it up against my mascara and let it soak into the mascara to remove all of the mascara, but it works like a charm.

It does leave a little oily residue, but I've found that if I take off my eye makeup first and then wash my face afterwards (going back over my eyes), it comes right off. It's wonderful and doesn't irritate my eyes. Highly recommended!
