I bought this after having bought another inflatable bath pillow, which promptly acquired a hole after 2 weeks of use and I threw out in disgust (in addition to having an inverted suction cup).
As a pillow, it IS very comfortable, however, the suction cups are TERRIBLE. Cannot get them to stick to my tub, and it's a fairly standard make. I don't understand why such an important part of the pillow would be so crappy, but I guess you get what you pay for. Hoping someone will make a quality bath pillow someday.

I agree with the reviewer who said their pillow arrived firm. That reviewer thought this might have been shipped from a low altitude and then puffed up when it arrived at 4,000 ft. That observation seems entirely correct! When this little pillow arrived at my home at 8,500 feet it was nearly bursting! If you live at altitude you will absolutely need to let the air out of this little baby. The only problem is you will then need to figure out how to reseal the plastic. I'll have to go find sealant today.
This is a cute little pillow though and I like the fact the cover unzips for easy washing.

BEWARE! Not all Bath Addication/Spa Sister products are created equal, and you're in deep trouble should you not be satisfied! I bought some turbans (1 good, 1 flimsy and crummy) in North Carolina but didn't open them until I returned to Texas. When I called to find out where I could exchange the unsatisfactory one, I was told I had to return to the place of purchase! Incredulously, I asked them if they actually expected a retail customer to go half way across the country to return a $9 turban?!?! They wouldn't provide a Texas retailer contact and continued to insist that it is company policy.

I am used to the blow-up kind of bath pillows, so its easy to adjust the firmness. I am guessing where they shipped these from was at a lower altitude (we're over 4000 feet), because when I got the pillow it was about to pop. I had to cut it to release air, and luckily I have something that can seal the plastic again, otherwise I would have been stuck with a MUCH too stiff pillow.
I still gave it 4 stars because for me I was able to remedy what I found to be the only flaw. I think it could be improved if there were a better way to regulate air amount. I like the design otherwise and it is quite cute!

I have tried a number of bath pillows and this by far is the best. The suction cups allow for you to place the pillow in a spot that is most comfortable. The terry cover is removable and washable. This would make a great gift and is worth every penny.
