The uniqueness of Can Solivera handcrafted soap lies both in the use of the finest extra virgin olive oil as the sole fat component and the application of the cold process according to a medieval recipe including spring water, sea-salt and lemon juice (citric acid). Only the cold process preserves most vital vitamins and antioxidants ocurring in extra virgin olive oil. The soap has a delicate scent of essential oils, steam-distilled from rosemary leaves, lavender petals and pine needles.
