Review: A Little Dissapointed with sizing/fit, but otherwise good item

I was a little dissapointed with this item because if the sizing and the fit. According to Spanx sizing charts i would be a medium. when i first received it i was thrilled because it fit very snug and supportive, very comfortable, soft and of really good quality. However, after wearing it a couple of times the item began to strech out! The seam that lines the bra top section of the garment at first fit snugly under my breast, was now able to be pulled up over my breast! And i kept having to pull it up to get the support i needed since it kept slipping down. Instead of a snuggly fitting support garment, it was now fitting like regular spandex, with very little to no support. I couldn't figure out why this happened considering how much i paid for the item. I washed it as directed so it couldn't have been anything on my end. But since it was worn i knew i couldn't return it to the vendor I had purchased it from.
SO, I called SPANX directly, explained the situation, and they were incredibly helpful. They told me that their items had three levels of support and that the "Hide and Sleek" line had the LEAST amount of support, and then offered to exchange my Mediums for Smalls to try for the snugger fit i was looking for or another item alltogether with greater support. I opted for the size exchange hoping that the smalls would fit me the way i wanted them to.
Keep in mind that this "streching out" occured after wearing it a couple of times, even though the fit was really snug and great fitting at first. So you might want to consider ordering a size smaller than you think you might need.
