These pads are the only thing that has ever worked on my face. I have tried it all, from pro active to clean and clear. I would recommend using them only 1 time a day for a week or so. This will let your face get use to them and prevent excessive drying of the skin. After your face get use to them then go to 2wice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. If you exercise wait till you are done and take a shower before using one. If you follow the directions on the package you should be ok. It takes about 3-4days of using them before you really start to notice. Have faith and keep the natural silica in your diet high with natural juices. I am not a doctor(not yet anyway) and my directions are to be followed at your own risk. I do not intend to diagnose or prevent and disease or bacteria.

I purchased it based on my friend's recommendation. However, it did not work for me. In addition, my skin got drier and itchy. I would not recommend it to others. Review: the best stuff yet!

We've tried many acne meds around here and this one, by far, is the BEST!!! Try it. Once you do, you'll never buy any other again!
