My dermatologist said while StriVectin will not harm my skin, the "gold standard" for wrinkles is Retin A. This requires a doctor's visit and prescription, but the results are well-documented. As soon as I finish the throat cream I bought, I don't plan to buy another jar but will get on the regimen that my dermotologist has recommended.
