Product arrived when expected and in good shape.
No problems with the seller.
For the purpose I'm using the styrofoam head (to make a mold for a Halloween decoration), I would have preferred it to be a little more realistic in appearance. But it was a good deal for the price, and I can "tweak" it a bit with a little craft clay and an exacto blade.
All in all, a good shopping experience with this seller.
