This is my favorite nail polish remover, but I don't know why it is always advertised as "non-acetone". The #1 ingredient is... Acetone. Actually, that's how I first stumbled into using it. I went to a beauty supply store seeking out a good non-acetone nail polish remover, and the clerk pointed me in the direction of this bottle. I was looking for non-acetone not because I have acrylic nails, but I was just looking for something gentle. I love the way it smells and works. However, I spilled it on a wooden, finished table (that I didn't own), and it quickly began to eat away the finish. That is when I decided to look at the ingredients. However, I loved the remover so much that it is the only one I have bought since. It doesn't feel harsh, like other acetone-based removers. Maybe the added Vitamin E is responsible for that. Either way, I love it.
