Product reviews of Sure Clip Nail Clipper with Built-In Magnifier Light Review: Easy To Use Beauty product: 4 Stars
These clippers are easy to use. The magnifying glass and light illuminate your nail while bringing it into better view. If the magnifier is cumbersome for you, simply move it out of the way.
Review: Have Any Of These TV Products EVER worked?? Beauty product: 1 Stars
This is utterly useless as advertised. I bought this to do my toenails since it is getting harder and harder to see that far away :)). Nice light, nice magnifier, lousy clippers and none of it works together. There is no way to get the magnifier and the clipper lined up and functioning together.
The cather thing doesn't work either. I still had to chase the clippings all over the bathroom floor. I think this might work OK for fingernails, but I wouldn't buy it again given what I know now.
Review: Not as good as advertised. Beauty product: 3 Stars
The magnifying glass seems like a good idea, but getting it to an angle that allows the user to see the target is very difficult. Probably not worth the money. Buy when they go to $5!
Review: Sometimes I need to stay away from those ASOTV products Beauty product: 2 Stars
I purchased this yesterday and is still wondering why I always fall for those 'As Seen On TV' products. I fall for them because they make it look so appealing on TV.
The pro: The light is very resourceful
The cons: You can't see what you're cutting when you clip your toes. At least I couldn't because the magnifier sticks out further than the clippers.
Because the magnifier isn't even with the clippers I ended up cutting the middle of my toe nail instead of the edge.
The nail catcher doesn't catch your toe nails.
I purchased this because I would like to see what I'm cutting because I'm not a flexible person. This will work on fingernails because your fingers are longer than your toes.
I can't take this back because I used it. I'll just have to use it for a flashlight instead.
Review: Sounds good but. . . Beauty product: 1 Stars
If it sounds too perfect beware. I tried it and felt like the magnifying glass distorted my view. I wasn't confident in clipping for fear of catching skin with my nail. I went back to using a regular clipper.
