This is my first T3 and so far I am happy with the product. My hair feels healthier after straightening it and does not feel as fried as when I used the CHI flat iron. I have super thick, wavy Caucasian hair. I don't really like the idea of using it on wet hair but I do leave it a little damp.
The product was shipped immediately (same day!) and arrived quickly. I am nervous though, and I am contacting the company because there was no form of warranty included nor directions. I don't really need directions but find it odd that an electric device did not come with them. I feel a warranty is absolutely necessary. I paid enough money for this so that if it stops working in two months, I want it to be replaced.
