Review: Great but Unreliable!

I purchased this dryer from a major department store and absolutely loved it; however, two months later, the fan inside came loose while I was drying my hair, the dryer stopped and had a burning odor. I returned it to the store and they replaced it for me with the same model. Only 2 weeks later, the second dryer did the same thing! Again I returned it to the store and received a credit this time.
It's an awesome dryer when it works, but there's definitely a problem when 2 dryers did the same thing in such a short period of time!

This dryer has cut my drying in half! I love that it is dual voltage and light-weight. Wish it had attachments though.
