I was a little hesitant ordering this, as it is the most expensive comb I have ever bought...
Now that I've had a chance to use it - it was well worth it. Very high quality. Definitely the best comb I have ever used.
Wood is better for you hair too, from what I understand - so win-win.
I see no reason that this comb will not last a lifetime.
The craftsmanship of this comb is better than I was expecting. Having never used a wood comb before, I was afraid there would be rough surfaces that might grab my hair. That is not the case with this comb.
Everything is finely polished and smooth. No burrs or rough spots anywhere on it.
Size is just right too.
