Review: Rich, smooth lather in a great package

This is the finest shaving soap I've used, period. With a good quality brush you can make mounds of rich, hydrating lather. I've used it to shave with DE's and cartridge razors, and it has helped reduce irritation. The most remarkable thing about this soap is how much water you can add while maintaining a slick lather. A little goes a long way. With daily use one puck will last nearly a year. The tub is attractive and refillable. Finally, I love the fragrance--it reminds me of an old-time barber shop. This soap with a good brush creates a nice lather and a good shave. It smells good too! It isn't as creamy as some of the shaving creams I have tried but it is very nice.
