well the product shipped fast and it was intact when it shipped. It shipped so fast it was before the ETA stated by amazon. I dunno how they did it but it was probably because the seller has a facility near my house. About the quality of the product it is tea tree oil all right. I was hoping it would help me with my dandruff but it didnt work as well as others described it to be. Not because it is dilluted or anything. I think tea tree doesnt work for me and my itchies hahahaha! I use it as an additional cleaning agent for my dreads along with lavender essential oil. I would be buying a bigger bottle soon. Reasonably priced and good quality.

although it didnt work as a magical oil removing all the dandruff like a magic potion or anything it kept it at bay i guess. Cause I had less flaking and itchies when i used the essential oil. Dont get me wrong it does help but in the end its just an essential oil.
