Review: Not too harsh, not too mild. Just right.

I use Art of Shaving products for two reasons: 1) They work very well. 2) They are fanatical about using ingredients that are natural and have no adverse health effects.
Some scrubs are much too aggressive, and many things that are called scrubs have virtually no scrubbing particles in them. The Art of Shaving Facial Scrub is perfect for me. Many small particles that are not a little gritty, and in a suspension that feels good and applies well. I use it everyday, and it makes my skin noticeably smoother and better looking. It makes for a better shave because it lifts my beard, and it smells good. I also apply it to my forehead, and it really makes my skin look better than it should for a 40+ guy. As a side benefit, because I apply it to my face with my hands, it has also softened the callouses on my hands that I had from lifting weights.
As a point of reference, my other favorite scrub is Jack Black - if you like that, you'd probably like this as well.
