I generally don't use a shampoo with conditioner because they tend to weigh down my hair. Not so with this product. It leaves my hair soft and full. You might be tempted to use more of this product because it doesn't have a lot of lather--don't do it. You don't need the lather to get your hair and scalp clean. I have short thick hair and I use a squirt about the size of a quarter. Try this--as soon as you rinse you'll know it's clean.
I couldn't figure out how to get my name on here instead of my husband's, and well, you know guys just don't care about this stuff so I want to let you know I'm female.
