I've been fighting an ugly case eczema on my hands for almost a year before finding this salve. While other products may have helped to heal my dry, cracked skin, they also irritated my skin and caused more issues. This is the only hand salve I've found so far that heals without irritating, and with the extra bonus of smelling great! My first tin is almost gone, and so is the eczema. Also love the lotion and soap - thank you Naked Bee!
