My husband first started using tiger balm as he plays disc golf. Used it for his muscle pains. Then he had me try it. I have arthritus everywhere. I was amazed how it works. My Mom hurt her baby toe and it has been hurting for some time and when she visited us we told her about tiger balm and she decided to try it on her toe. I really didn't think it would help with that but she no longer has pain in her baby toe. This is a great product. i would swear by. Try it you won't regret it.
