I bought the trial size of this item a few weeks back after checking out this same item at a catalog, and after reading the reviews around online and all and knowing I work at a job that maximizes my muscles big time,so I went and ordered the trial size and used a little at a time, but yesterday, I used a lot of it to soak real good last night and it IS worth it's weight in gold and I plan to order the larger size soon. Very good product. I also add epsom salts and bath salts with it as well.
