Yes, $30 is pricey, but this is a high-quality product that's priced similarly to other top-of-the-line primers out there, like Urban Decay's. This primer has a beige tint to it when you squeeze it out of the bottle, similar to Too Faced's Shadow Insurance. However, the product turns colorless once you apply it and blend it in. The primer makes my skin super smooth. I wouldn't use it without foundation because I'm a fan of fuller coverage, but if you have better skin than me, I can see how you could easily wear this and skip the foundation and powder altogether. As just a primer, though, it works great. The smooth finish makes it easy to apply makeup, and my makeup definitely lasts longer when I am using this product. I definitely recommend it.
