I definitely notice less hair in the drain after continued use of the shampoo, but it definitely does NOT make your hair thicker. I think it is strengthening the hair I have, which is a bonus, but it shouldn't advertise that your hair will become thicker, because it won't. Review: Thick fibers

The Toppik shampoo makes the hair feel thicker and is helping cover the thinning area on the crown of my head. It is a good base for the Toppik hair thickening powder and spray. It is worth buying.
